The Centroc Water Utilities Alliance (CWUA) was established in 2009 and comprises 11 Central NSW Councils including Bathurst, Blayney, Cabonne, Cowra, Forbes, Lachlan, Oberon, Orange, Parkes and Weddin as well as Central Tablelands Water
