ADM Instrument Engineering is a family run business that was established by our Managing Director, Glenn Bates in 1986.
Since then we have grown to become Australia’s largest stockist of MEAN  WELL power supplies, Eurotherm industrial measurement and data Solutions,  power transformers, industrial transducers and sensors and test & measurement instrumentation, suitable for a wide range of different applications.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We supply products such as power supplies, process controllers, data recorders, position sensors, pressure sensors, load cells, etc. to many different industries right across Australia. Our customers include businesses in the medical, food processing, machine building, system integration and post grad education industries and original equipment manufacturers.

But it doesn’t stop at stocking and supplying products.

We offer a wide range of services Australia wide, delivered by ADM’s highly dedicated and professional technical team. Our services include:

• Service and repair down to component level.
• Rental/loan of handheld test & measurement equipment.

ADM has a strong commitment to holding stock. This means you know the product is available when you need it, allowing you to keep your inventory costs to the bare minimum.

We also offer volume pricing and scheduled ordering to original equipment manufacturers, who need to order in high quantities.

Our technical staff undertake regular factory training and have close working relationships with our leading suppliers, so that they are up to date with the latest technologies available. This ensures you have the best performing position transducers, load cells, led drivers and all other components for your application.

Aerofloat™ (Australia) Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company which specialises in the treatment of industrial wastewater and greywater. Aerofloat designs, manufactures and installs simple, affordable wastewater treatment systems using Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) principles.

The Aerofloat™ technology uses a double hopper tank with a unique, patented hydraulic float removal system to funnel the waste float material from the top of the tank. Unlike traditional DAFs, the Aerofloat DAF has no mechanical scrapers, is essentially self-cleaning and uses a sealed and vented tank.

The Aerofloat design features include: compact footprint, low power requirements, mechanically simple design – all of which, ultimately provide a more affordable DAF solution.

Aerofloat designs and constructs wastewater treatment plants to treat process wastewater from a wide range of trade waste industries, particularly the food processing industry. It also provides products for the treatment and / or reuse of greywater for mining sites, residential developments and houseboats. Depending on the application, they can be used either as a standalone treatment option or for pre-treatment in a larger treatment train. The Aerofloat products have capacities between 7-800 litres per minute and higher.

This training is available across the country at different times or to your company onsite. Dr Graeme Pearce is renowned for his expertise and experience in the area of UF/MF Membrane Water Treatment. This training is offered once a year at different locations across the country and is designed for engineers, academics, senior staff and operators, procurement and design specialists.
