Who we are looking for

We have an ongoing full-time position for a Team Leader Civil Maintenance, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $86,275 to $93,801 p.a. plus superannuation.

We’re looking for someone to lead the Warrnambool Civil Maintenance Team in the effective and efficient maintenance of water and sewerage systems.

 

Job Description – What you’ll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Provide oversight supervision for the safe completion of preventative, proactive, reactive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Monitor and provide direction as required to the Civil Maintenance Teams to ensure work orders are being completed.
  • Review safe work practices and procedures in line with regulations and Zero Harm business aspirations.
  • Monitor and review budget allocations.

 

 Desired Skills and Experience – What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for someone with

  • Relevant experience in the operation and maintenance of water and sewerage systems
  • Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent
  • High level of oral and written communication skills with the ability to write reports
  • Ability to provide direction, leadership and on-the-job training to supervised employees.
