Operations Supervisor

The Opportunity

Veolia has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our team based in Dandenong South 3175. In this role, you will provide leadership and supervision to ensure the successful completion of jobs while adhering to safety, and environmental standards, customer expectations, and performance targets.

What you’ll be responsible for
• Supervise team and ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and standards
• Promote workplace health and safety through hazard reporting, toolbox meetings, incident management and investigations
• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team executing high-risk work like CCTV inspections and high-pressure water jetting
• Schedule work, allocate tasks, ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Provide input and expertise into the estimation, quotation and tendering of works
• Maintain an effective relationship with clients, stakeholders and other external parties
• Demonstrated experience in creating a safety first culture
• Partaking in an on call roster may be required
• What you’ll need to be successful
• Experience in sewer and stormwater networks.
• Proven track record in leadership, management and coaching.
