Who we are looking for

Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences? We’re seeking a talented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert to join our team and play a key role in introducing innovative practices and technology for our new customer experience service program.

This position is a full-time, two-year contract based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $70,953 to $82,269.82 p.a. plus superannuation.

 Job Description – What you’ll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Analyse existing billing and CRM processes to identify areas for improvement with new system.
  • Participate in the design of the new billing and CRM system to make sure it meets business needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Development Services and Customer Support to resolve issues during the system’s implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within the new system’s processes.
  • Participate in the roll-out of training and support to end users on the new system.

 

 Desired Skills and Experience – What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for someone with

  • A sound working knowledge of billing, revenue and customer experience processes and technologies for the water industry or other utilities is desirable.
  • Experience with the MS Office suite of software, Jira and Confluence, and advanced computer and keyboard skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM).
  • The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
