This award was formally known as ‘Young Operator of the Year’, with received feedback from our Member to recognise Operators of all ages are starting in the industry, we have removed the upper the age limit of 30 years.  

To be eligible for this award, a nominee must have been employed in the WA water industry for less than 5 years.
