- This sponsorship provides each delegate two FREE coffees for at the event.
- Sponsor will receive exclusive branding on cups, vouchers and promotional material displayed at the barista service areas.
Papers Room Naming Rights
Naming rights for the papers
room includes a 90-second promo video shown at the beginning of each technical sessions (usually 6-7 over the conference) as well as naming of the room using your organisations name.
Chairman’s Reception
On the Tuesday before the conference, we host a special invite-only dinner where dignitaries, sponsors, staff, and our volunteers come together. It is a great networking opportunity and a way that WIOA is able to thank all our supporters.
Mobile Event App
WIOA conferences have a dedicated
Mobile App which includes profiles on presenters, exhibitors and sponsors, as well as the event program. Your logo will appear on the bottom of each page in the App.
Courtesy Buses
What better way to support attendees than by ensuring they find their way home safely after the event. The sponsors logo will be shown on screen during breaks.

Operations (WiWO) Breakfasts
- Connecting women across different organisations, these breakfasts are the first event of the conference.
- Guests will have an opportunity to meet a conference buddy over a shared breakfast. Through this event, we hope all our guests feel valued, respected and comfortable throughout the conference.

WIOA Interest Days are designed for a more intimate setting of between 25 – 50 attendees, sharing information via presentations and demonstrations, followed by a site tour. We will be introducing new sponsorship opportunities for our interest days in 2026.
