The fifth staging of the Network Operator Development Program was completed in 2022 and the participants joined the other guests at the Presidents Dinner at the Bendigo conference for the graduation ceremony in March 2023.
It was great to see the course being held in person after the 2020-2021 cohort sessions had to be moved to an online format through Covid lockdowns. The real benefit of the program is the face to face interaction between the participants and the presenters and committee.
Although a little smaller than past groups with only eight participants finishing the course, this was one of the tightest knit groups we have ever had.
WIOA would like to thank the organising Committee of Neville Whittaker, Mike Rankin, Mick Mahoney, Andrew Povey, Dean Barnett, Grant Powell, Jamie Rossato, Michael Wink & George Wall for the effort they have put into delivering this program to a high standard year after year. We would also like to thank everyone who presented to the operators at any of the sessions throughout the year.
