The sewerage network consists of 574 km of gravity (reticulation) and 112 km of pressure (rising) mains; 42 sewage pump stations and eight (8) sewage treatment plants (including one (1) industrial pre-treatment plant).

After Treatment:
4664 ML was beneficially discharged to Marshall’s Creek (1197 ML) and the Murrumbidgee River/Marrambidya Wetlands (3467 ML); 307 ML was beneficially recycled to Parks and Ovals; 15 ML was used on Sewage Treatment Plant grounds; and 201 ML was disposed through evaporation.
