Based on the success of our New Zealand business , Hydroflow expanded their reach and established Hydroflow Australia in July 2013 starting with a team of four , operating in Salmon street , Port Melbourne. The initial launch was a replication of the New Zealand model , with key brands into the plumbing merchant market.The focus was on establishing trading agreements with major plumbing merchant groups. Overtime, Hydroflow Australia expanded into five key market segments Plumbing, Civil, HVAC, Fire, and Irrigation.

Our National Customer Care and Technical support team are based in Melbourne. Our main warehouse facility in Melbourne is approximately 3,000m2 with a hard stand yard allowing the ability to unload containers, semi- trailers, and a large area for our pipe storage (Galvanised and Cast-Iron pipe).

Our supply chain is highly integrated in working with key supply partners adding value through technical solutions, knowledge, and training. Our experienced team of nine BDM’s nationally servicing plumbing merchants, HVAC contractors, Civil contractors, and Hydraulic consultants. We also have a full time BDM focused on specification with Hydraulic Engineers.
