Water Services Coordinator

• Based in Moonah and around Hobart City this is an opportunity to make a real contribution to our community, by coordinating works to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of our assets.
• This permanent full-time position attracts a 9-day fortnight, a salary package of $99 – 110k per annum (including superannuation), plus on call and over time allowances.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and coordinator the workflows to maintain and repair our water and sewerage infrastructure and assets in a way that meets organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate schedules and rosters to ensure planned and unplanned operational activities are achieved and work is performed safely, effectively and efficiently.
• Lead, coach and advise employees by fostering a positive and safe working environment that improves team culture and ensures employees uphold our vision, values and behaviours.
