Who we are looking for
We have an ongoing full-time position for an Operations Technology Projects Manager at our Warrnambool office. This role comes with a generous salary of $94,674 to $105,610 p.a. plus superannuation.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be:
- Managing operations technology projects, consultants and contractors
- Providing operations technology technical advice to stakeholders
- Assisting in the implementation of cyber initiatives
- Identifying and treating cyber and operating risks
- Exploring potential business opportunities arising from evolving technologies.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- A tertiary degree in either engineering, cyber security, IT, or an electrical trade related qualification
- Several years’ experience in the water industry or related utility
- Experience or qualifications in project management, electrical automation systems and / or radio telemetry systems
- The ability to plan and manage complex technical tasks
- The ability to effectively translate technical language into business language.
