Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) provides quality water and wastewater services to 54 towns in North Central Victoria. Our core purpose is to deliver safe, reliable and affordable water services to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
A key role in our mid-sized Digital team awaits someone who has a real passion for technology and delivering first rate customer service.
You will be the first line of support for our employees, managing service requests and a range of queries from initiation to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to their work.
If you are looking for the next step in your career, you will find yourself at home in this role, as part of the busy service desk. Additionally you will support the team with various administration tasks.
Qualifications in Information Technology and a background working in a similar environment combine with your proven collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills, along with your logical approach to problem solving.
