Location: We have preference for the candidate to be based in our core Regional Hubs in Tamworth, Albury or Dubbo. However also open to considering candidates to be based in our Parramatta office.

What you’ll do:
- Provide customer focused analytical support for all property (Operations) matters including property management, maintenance and repairs, office accommodation inquiries, agents’ and other property related inquiries.
- Provide analytical and forecasting support for property (Operations), facilities (Operations) and fleet management including regular analysis and reporting with regards to expenditure.
- Lead the Fleet and Property Coordinators in developing, maintaining the land, property (Operations) and fleet asset registers to ensure electronic records are current and data is accurate for reporting and governance purposes.
- Work closely with the Finance Legal & Risk Portfolio to ensure alignment and consistency across asset and financial registers to elevate confidence levels in financial planning.
- Provide support to the property (Operations) and fleet team in the development of business cases and the management of funds against property and facility management projects and initiatives
- Draft and review lease, license and fleet documentation and liaise with internal and external legal service providers to ensure documents meet WaterNSW requirements
What we are looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Property, Business Administration, Accounting) or experience deemed equivalent
- Experience in contract management, and project management in land management, office and non-office accommodation in both owned and leased premises
- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with staff, contractors and service providers.
- Sound knowledge of commercial and residential leasing
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and in particular Excel (intermediate to advanced user) and relational databases.
- Favourable: Appropriate property qualifications leading to Facilities Management Association (FMA) or
Property Council of Australia Membership
