Biography
South Burnett Regional Council supplies potable water and wastewater services to the towns of Blackbutt, Kingaroy, Murgon, Nanango, Wondai and Proston. Smaller Non-potable water services are also provided to Proston Rural, Kumbia and Wooroolin. South Burnett Regional Council’s Water & Wastewater Branch is responsible for operating and maintaining treatment plants, pipelines, pumping stations and monitoring equipment associated with these schemes.
