WIOA will conduct a webinar to provide an update on the WIOA certification scheme.

The webinar is scheduled to run for around 1 hour and provide certified operators and their businesses an opportunity to see some of the creative ways other certified operators are maintaining their certified status and meeting the requirements of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) component of the schemes.

The webinar is aimed at:

• Certified Operators
• HR professionals who support Certified Operators
• Individuals with an interest in certification

Registered attendees will be contacted with the webcast login instructions, in the lead-up to the event.

The webinar will use the Adobe Connect platform and may require an installation process.
